The Lao PDR Immigration requires the APP and PNR Data in the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Department of Civil Aviation Lao PDR (DCAL) regulation, which is collected and provided by Air Carriers. The APP and PNR data are electronically transferred to the Laos Immigration system with the aim of pre-screening of air passengers.
